All memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment. After that, your membership auto-renews on a month-to-month basis, giving you flexibility while maintaining your member benefits.
Unused visits roll over for 30 days, giving you flexibility to reschedule. After 30 days, unused visits expire to maintain fair scheduling for all members.
You can pause your membership once per 6-month term for up to 30 days (perfect for extended travel). Early termination within the initial 6 months incurs a one-month fee. After 6 months, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a 50% charge, and no-shows are charged at 100% to ensure fair scheduling for all members.
We keep your card on file and charge the same day each month. You'll receive an email notification before each billing cycle. All charges are transparent with no hidden fees.
Yes! You can upgrade anytime (subject to availability in the higher tier). Downgrades are available after your initial 6-month term. Contact our member support team to discuss tier changes.
Concierge pickup/delivery (available for Elite and Ceramic Elite tiers) covers a 5-mile radius from our location, subject to staffing availability. We'll coordinate scheduling when you book your appointment.
